About me

As I say:

"We are born alone and we die alone. They keep saying that, but at least for conception, birth and survival we need at least two. We are never alone in this. And if you feel so, I will stay."

I love my family, nature, herbs, trying new things, discovering, traveling, walks and hikes, horse riding, diving and archery.

A mother of two children less than two years apart. Both pregnancies, births and children are like night and day, and each one has brought a wealth of experience. Parenting is approached consciously, with close contact and respect for the children and for oneself. It is therefore easy to imagine what a first-time mother or a mother of multiple children of any age might need during pregnancy and after birth. In addition, there has been many years of work as a respectful nanny (mostly with babies). This brings a deep awareness of the uniqueness of every child and the ability to care for babies with love.

There is a long-term interest in herbs and their versatile use, in the psyche and in supporting the body. There is always an effort to keep perspective and to verify information.

There is a belief in the natural ability of women to give birth, along with a wish to support women and create a safe, loving and relaxed space, no matter how and in what environment they decide to bring their baby into the world. Whether preparing for a hospital birth or a home birth, this is a place of support. Individually, there is an effort to strengthen women’s self-confidence and a wish for them to see themselves as the beautiful and powerful beings they are, with every effort made to ensure they are informed and hold their power in their own hands. Support is also offered to women preparing for the birth of multiples, breech birth, planned caesarean section or spontaneous vaginal birth after a previous caesarean section (TOLAC, VBAC).
